About The Role

In this role as an IT Systems Integration Officer, you will act as system administrator and co-ordinator for the charity’s Shared IT Application Services, principally through the thankQ CRM system, but also for other system and data management requirements.

You will support the development of CRM as the focal point for the delivery of Shared IT Application Services through the entire Shared Application life-cycle, and extend the use of the system to encompass other key business applications.

Furthermore, as the post-holder you will be part of the permanent IT team and be based at Core Hub aswell as report to the Systems Integration Manager and ensure that their Service(s) is/are consistently quality assured through development, evaluation, delivery and moderation.

 
What will I be responsible for, you will:

  • Act as the system administrator lead on shared application services including thankQ CRM platform and perform end-user administration tasks, providing first-line support and troubleshooting on issues with the platform and third-party tools, e.g. MailGun, MailChimp, SSS and Outlook.
  • Ensure that project documentation (e.g. project plan, risk log) is complete, current, and appropriately stored. Produce quantitative data required for reporting.
  • Act as the system administration for shared application services including thankQ
  • Map business processes and produce supporting documentation.
  • Maintain shared application services including thankQ CRM contact data records for the charity, overseeing data cleansing and update initiatives and looking for continuous improvement to increase the functionality and accuracy of the data

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • degree level or equivalent 
  • notable hands-on experience of  shared application systems development, preferably with CRM certifications or currently studying for certifications
  • strong working knowledge of shared application systems  associated technologies including thankQ CRM, Office 365, MailChimp and MailGun
  • hands-on experience developing  shared application systems including workflows and SQL
  • high standard of general IT/office systems skills and knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office applications (including in depth experience of Excel  and  use of Visio)

Place2Be is the leading children's mental health charity providing in-school support and expert professional development to improve the emotional wellbeing of children and young people, families, teachers and school staff. Place2Be provides mental health support and training for over 600 primary and secondary schools, reaching a total school population of over 350,000 pupils.
