Our mission is to ensure no child has to face mental health issues alone. Over 2023-24, we supported nearly 5000 children across Scotland, but we know there is more we can and should be doing.
This is a really exciting time to join the Scotland team as we embark on our new five year strategy that will see us deepening our presence in local places. We are seeking an individual with proven experience in bid and proposal writing, procurement, and tender management for public sector contracts to help us reach more children and young people. We need someone with a strong understanding of public service and procurement language, financial literacy with experience in cost analysis for bids, as well as knowledge of the education and mental health landscape for children and young people in Scotland.
The role will involve leading on:
- New Business, Tender and Procurement Management
- New Service Development
- Building Sustainable Partnerships
- Building Strong Internal Networks
We feel this role could be done flexibly across 4-5 days a week and we’re open to conversations about working patterns.
