About The Role

Place2Be’s vision is for all children and young people to have the support they need to build lifelong coping skills and thrive. Our research projects help us advance our understanding of children and young people’s mental health. This role is part of the Learning Together Mental Health research project: Learning Together for Mental Health You will play a key role in delivery by working with a number of schools to facilitate regular Action Group meetings in each school across the 2-year period of the project. Action Groups will consist of key staff and a representative selection of students. You will help to identify mental health needs in their school and to respond by selecting, planning, implementing and reviewing actions from a menu of evidence-based resources. You will be the key point of contact for each school in setting up the meetings and following the agendas and guidance as per the project manual. You will be supported by Place2Be’s Action Group Lead Facilitator and LTMH Project Manager.
